I’m a climate policy professional based in Singapore, working at the intersection of international climate policy, carbon markets, and climate finance. My work focuses on the design and implementation of market-based approaches to decarbonization, particularly under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, emissions trading systems, and voluntary carbon markets.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with governments, businesses, and international organizations across Asia and beyond to help shape carbon market policy and accelerate investment in climate solutions. My work has included research, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, conference moderation, and the development of practical approaches to scaling carbon markets.
I’ve worked with many of the world’s leading international institutions, governments, universities and corporates.
My interests
Alongside my professional work, I enjoy writing about the broader forces shaping the net-zero transition.
My interests extend beyond climate policy to economics, artificial intelligence, public finance, and the institutions that will define the coming decades. I believe the transition to a low-carbon economy is not only a technological challenge, but also one of governance, finance, and incentives.
